About Jeremia Mogapi

Jeremiah Mogapi is the founder of the JM Mentorship Programme, dedicated to mentoring and supporting secondary school children throughout their journey with holistic education, teaching, and training as well as academic and life skills development, which has benefitted over young people. His major attribute is creating and adding value to society. Jeremiah has worked in different sectors using his diverse skills sets in different subject areas. He has significant entrepreneurial expertise and knowledge of the business environment. As a professional, he is a seasoned Programme Manager with extensive experienced in the financial Industry including banking, insurance and sales and marketing. He has more than 15 years’ experience in working in complex environments and running multiple programmes and projects. He has successfully implemented the Europay, MasterCard, Visa Chip Debit Card Programme and the SWIFT Standards 2018 Regulatory Programmes across the rest of Africa for one of the major banks in South Africa. He’s worked on projects using different project management methodologies such as SDLC, Agile as well as an iterative approach to project management and software development that helps teams deliver value to clients faster. He is killed in dealing with problems in a resourceful manner and negotiating to achieve beneficial agreement. As an academic, who is immersed in student affairs and community needs. He is currently studying towards with his Masters in Business Administration (MBA) through the Wits Business School. His qualifications include a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration through the Wits Business School, an advanced Diploma and a Post Graduate Diploma in Project and Programme management from the Cranefield College among others.
