Jeremiah Cochenour is professional, energetic and diligent. He goes above and beyond to make sure he gets your home sold and he will find the perfect home for you and your family. His specialties include first-time buyers, new construction, move-up buyers, relocation, investors, town homes, condos or those looking to downsize. He won Rookie of the Year in 2012 and was also awarded the Bronze Club 2012 award as well. In 2013, he made it into the Platinum Club and was in the top 20% with Century 21 All-Service in 2014! Jeremiah also received the Ruby Award & Quality Service Award in 2014. He has worked in the past in the LAR community outreach program assisting other Realtors and affiliates in raising money for the Lynchburg area and surrounding counties. In his spare time, Jeremiah enjoys going on adventures with his wife, Emily, his 11 year old daughter, Chloe & 1 year old Leah such as hiking, biking, skating, traveling, swimming and many other activities. Jeremiah also loves Martial Arts. He received his black belt in Muay Thai in 2015! He enjoys doing Brazilian Jiu Jitsu as well here in Lynchburg.
