About Jeremiah Zaretsky

I served for 12 years in Jewish mission organization. Four of those years was as a Branch Leader providing leadership and oversight to staff, constituents and donors. I was responsible for vision casting, staff development, budgeting, leading meetings, performance reviews and recruiting volunteers to name a few. I’ve seen my staff grow, get promoted and achieve more than what they could have imagined. I get satisfaction seeing others reach their potential. Key milestones include: being interviewed twice on national Moody Radio, surpassing my fund-raising goals by 20%, preaching at Moody Bible Institute's chapel, creating and directing an arts internship program, teaching a seminar at Urbana, performing an inter-faith wedding and building city-wide partnerships with pastors and churches. Where I make the biggest contribution is when I impart God’s heart to people. Whether people know it or not, there is a heavenly perspective about their life, and when someone gets a glimpse of what God is saying about them, that’s a game changer! This happens through pastoral counseling, spiritual direction, mentoring, prayer and worship leading. I’m passionate about encouraging, connecting and developing others. I’m all about helping people grow into the person they were called to be. I get jazzed when I sit with someone over coffee and help confirm, shift or clarify something for someone.
