Jeremy Conner Divisional Business Manager Sign Industry Experience I have been employed with Bell Signs, Inc for 5 years starting out as a project coordinator and was promoted to a Sr. Project Manager after one year. I have overseen such accounts as CVS, Bank Atlantic, Any Lab Test Now, Wing Zone, Advance Auto Parts, Auto Zone and various local and custom projects. I was also involved in the 2008 AT & T Rebrand. I currently manage the Aaron’s Rents program. As a Senior Project Manager, I oversee other project coordinators and assist in their training. I also work closely with a Team Manager to communicate important client needs to help all team members understand project details. I work with the National Account Manager and deal directly with the customer in every day operations. I am responsible for: 1. Ensuring on time delivery and installation of signs for customers 2. Cooperative interaction with all departments throughout the company 3. Managing new projects and working closely with Project Coordinators to ensure an efficient work flow process for their particular projects 4. Weekly spreadsheet meeting with the customer to discuss the work flow of each Project. Approval of all proposals and invoices to the customer. Specialties: I have a strong understanding of the construction process and timelines, and can interpret and revise site and architectural plans. I can effectively communicate with general contractors, architects and city officials on sign requirements, installation, permitting and timelines. I have experience with field surveys, installation of signage and the presentations of variances with city and county municipalities
