I have complete knowledge about the foundational and key requirements of my workplace and analyzing these requirements before making any decision is what gives me a unique advantage at work. Data Visualization (VISL) Level 4: I have started using visualization from the early stages of my career. At Shine-On, I use tools such as Power BI to transform data into a visual format which are used on everyday basis by the stakeholders. At capillary tech (2018) and deccan events2013-19), I have used excel to analyze data and translated into a visual context. Workforce Planning (RESC) Level 2: I have developed this skill and have used it while I was working as a recruiter at TechPro Synergy in 2017 and Capillary technologies in 2018. I have supported my managers in end-to-end recruitment activities.
