About Jeremy Moore

Jeremy Moore joined Halliwell in 2021 to build and develop a national Construction Services division. He brings more than 24 years of experience in restoration, construction, and consulting. He is an expert in Construction Methods, Damage Assessments, Xactimate, Restoration, Project Planning, Drying/Mitigation and Project Management. Jeremy has managed a broad range of domestic industrial, commercial, multifamily, healthcare, hotel/condominium, and residential claims, working either as a consultant or as the performing contractor. He has extensive experience in fire and water restoration, damages from hail, building defects and collapses. Jeremy has worked catastrophic events throughout the USA in the wakes of tropical storms and hurricanes spanning more than two decades. He has also served as appraiser and umpire in numerous appraisal assignments in Texas. Jeremy is a Florida Certified General Contractor, FAA licensed UAS pilot, previously held certifications in Applied Structural Drying, Water Restoration Technician and Mold Remediation Technician through IICRC and a Certified Level I Thermographer. He also has extensive Training in Roof Systems as a HAAG Roof Inspector, JS Held Roof Summit Training attendee and Certified Wind Uplift Test Specialist. Prior to joining Halliwell, Jeremy was a Assistant Vice President for JS Held, Superintendent for Regal General Contractors in Houston TX, Project Manager for Rolyn Construction in Rockville, MD and Director for Jasco Alliance in Dallas, TX overseeing a large range of catastrophe repair projects with repairs to interiors, exteriors and roof repairs and replacement.
