About Jeremy Sisson

With 27 years of experience in the HVAC industry, I began my career in 1998, focusing on installation and service. Over the years, I had the opportunity to work with several companies before ultimately finding my home at ACG. This company not only offered me a path for growth, but it also became a second family, providing the mentorship and support that would shape my career. After several years in HVAC, I was entrusted with the opportunity to establish and expand a Controls division. With the financial backing and guidance of the owners—who have become both business mentors and close friends—I was able to create Comfort Controls, the company I envisioned and dreamed of building. Today, we specialize in providing and installing custom, state-of-the-art HVAC control systems, as well as offering BAS services across Louisiana, Texas, and the Gulf of Mexico. In the early stages, I wore many hats—sales representative, programmer, designer, installer, service technician, and General manager. While the workload was demanding, it gave me a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of the business. Now, as the leader of Comfort Controls, my focus is on guiding and mentoring my team. I strive to be the best leader I can be so that my team of sales managers, programmers, and technicians can thrive and reach their fullest potential.
