About Jeremy Smith

As an operations team leader, my role is to make sure that everyone across the organization – from those in customer service to sales and marketing – get the resources they need to get results. My favorite part of the role is working with technology. Making sure we have the latest tech – and we know how to use it – is a critical aspect of my work. I spend my days: • giving perspective – providing the kind of “corporate therapy” and problem-solving help our employees need most • helping teams adopt new technologies that make their work easier • refining ways to make our teams’ daily work life organized and effective Away from work, you will find me learning about what makes the world spin. I’m a learner—from reading history to building furniture (I’m a woodworker) – it’s all about teaching myself what I don’t yet know. My specialties include: Corporate licensing, problem solving, streamlining procedures and buying innovative technology.
