About Jeremy Sutton

As a right-of-way (ROW) land conveyance analyst, I draw on my intersectional competence between design and technical services. I bring a rare blend of expertise to my role that allows me to collaborate across disciplines and mentor new and junior team members on the intricacies of a project.I specialize in the ROW acquisition process for public projects. I navigate the complex land conveyance environment on transportation projects across central California—such as the California High-Speed Rail (CAHSR)—and ensure the delivery of agreed-upon outcomes. Known for my experience in coordinating interested parties, I’m committed to clear and transparent communication with all community members. I excel at identifying and providing collaborative solutions to utility conflicts, handling detailed explanations of the appraisal process, highway plans, profiles, cross-sections, and the eminent domain process.Outside of my diligent work on transportation projects, I enjoy spending time with my family, watching action movies, and experimenting with 3D printing.
