Background
About Jeri Fritz
Founder & CEO of Vella | Transforming Housekeeping with AI I’ve been building companies since I was 26. In 2009, I launched Highland Park Housekeeping, and between 2019–2023, I scaled it 800%. That success revealed a bigger opportunity: an industry ripe for reinvention. Vella is that reinvention. Our platform uses AI to transform customer instructions into structured workflows, calculate exact cleaning durations, and deliver a seamless on-demand experience that works for customers and empowers cleaners. It’s not just housekeeping—it’s housekeeping reimagined. And I get to build it alongside my three smart, driven adult children, who now play key roles on the Vella team. Together, we’re creating the future of an industry that hasn’t changed in decades.
