I’ve previously found success leading a client retention department where I was responsible for individual and group accountability and inspiring our team to overdeliver on our promise to client satisfaction. I co-owned the design, implementation and presentation of annual marketing strategy and possessed an extensive track record of effectively using qualitative and quantitative data to prioritize and propel customer-centric decision-making.
