About Jeric John Tabuada

I am a dedicated and an experienced nurse with over a decade of experience in healthcare industry. I have spent majority of my career in the field of Medical/Surgical Nursing, ITU, Radiology and Interventional Radiology with specialisation in Vascular Access. Currently, I am the Senior Charge Nurse and the Lead Vascular Access Clinical Nurse Specialist in one of the NHS hospitals in the United Kingdom. I insert PICC Lines, Midlines and DIVA cannulas using Ultrasound guidance. I am proud to have obtained my bachelor’s degree in Nursing and Master of Arts in Nursing major in Nursing Management, which have opened so many opportunities for me. These have deepened my understanding in the field of clinical nursing, education, mentorship and training, leadership and management, audits, and surveillance. In time, I have developed an impressive character as a dependable, experienced, and well-rounded, compassionate, and caring, and skilled healthcare professional. I have the passion in helping others through education and mentoring. I have always been keen to learning new knowledge and skills, hence I am fond of reading new research and studies and I am a member of different notable organisations in the field of Vascular Access like the National Infusion and Vascular Access Society (NIVAS), Association for Vascular Access (AVA) and the Infection Prevention Society.
