About Jeric Leavitt

Jeric Leavitt is a managing principal and a commercial insurance broker for Leavitt Insurance Agency. His focus includes providing insurance coverage and risk management consulting to the construction, hospitality, commercial real estate, and financial institution industries for local, regional, and national businesses. Prior to joining the agency in 2003, Jeric worked as an associate underwriter for PacWest Reinsurance Company and as an analyst for CNA Insurance Companies. As part of the third generation of an established and respected family business, Jeric has a devoted interest in ensuring that the agency is successful in continuing its longevity and reputation into a new era. He has earned the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and Certified Risk Manager (CRM) professional designations. He also has received various performance awards including that of Million Dollar Producer and Education Exemplar. A native of Las Vegas, Jeric stays active in the insurance industry and community through his memberships with the National Alliance Nevada Education Board, the Nevada Commissioner's Property and Casualty Insurance Advisory Committee, the Allegiance Premium Finance Company Board, and NAIOP (Commercial Real Estate Development Association), among others. Jeric graduated magna cum laude from Southern Utah University with a Bachelor of Arts in Managerial Economics. He plays an active role in volunteer service through his church and by coaching youth and high school athletics. In his spare time, you can find Jeric at UNLV Rebel basketball games, playing volleyball, wakeboarding, camping, doing home improvement projects, or otherwise enjoying time with his wife and children.
