I am an ambitious property manager with 9 years of Multifamily industry experience. I have my CAM Designee and Leadership of Lycuem through Piedmont Triad Apartment Association; I graduated from Rowan Cabarrus Community College with an Associates in Applied Science degree in Business Administration. I have experience with Yardi and MRI Property Management software; I have experience in planning and preparing budgets/CapEx, Variance Reports explaining Month to Date and Year to Date on all expenses and profits, extensive knowledge of renovations (CapEx Projects) remodeling entire apartment communities exterior and interior of the units. I love the property management industry because I get to meet new people everyday and everyday is never the same. I love expanding my knowledge and attending classes/seminars to learn everything I can about the industry; knowledge is power and you can never stop learning something new. The property management industry is a career that I am passionate about and love the challenges it brings day to day and would love to continue growing within the industry.
