I am a highly motivated, customer-focused clinical research professional with 16+ years of experience in the clinical research and pharmaceutical industry. My in-depth knowledge and experience in managing the clinical trials consists of phase I to phase IV clinical trials and non-interventional trials including the implementation of study protocols, feasibilities, site selection, site activation and oversight of submissions to regulatory and local country authorities across North and Latin America, Asia Pacific and Europe. Currently, as a Strategic Feasibility Manager I oversee the setup and conduct for allocated feasibility studies according to timeline and quality standards and client expectations, I lead internal planning meetings and contribute to client KOM and interim teleconferences and collaborate on the development of initial site list development. I ensure accuracy and quality of survey driven data, including review and QC of departmental deliverables at all stages of the feasibility conduct and also oversee and analyze project status to ensure successful completion of milestones, timelines and deliverables. I hold a graduate’s degree in from the School of Dental Medicine of the University of Zagreb in Croatia.
