As a Program Manager at Career TEAM in Pierce County, I have over four years of experience in delivering high-quality career services through WIOA to a diverse group of job seekers including Adults, Dislocated Workers, Transitioning Service Members, and Military Spouses. Some of my key responsibilities and accomplishments include- Managing teams, resources, and projects, ensuring compliance, quality, and performance standards - Establishing strong partnerships with community organizations and key stakeholders - Leveraging my experience in WIOA programs and workforce development - Helping over 300 clients find employment opportunities in various sectors through collective and individual efforts I have a proven track record of delivering results in team leadership, resource allocation to maximize budgets, project execution, partnership/stakeholder management, and workforce development initiatives.
