About Jermanio Chilaule

A passionate practicioner of Procurement and Supply Chain Operations, who have been delivering accurate efficiencies and results in the financial sector (banking industry) for over 12 years. It was a delightful journey, from the operational tasks to the tactical and strategic ones. Applying the knowledge and experience on the daily procurement struggles (supplier selection, supplier development, risk mitigation, governance) was a demanding task which required commitment and responsibility. I enjoyed most the challenge of collaborating on projects development and implementation, they were part of the corporate strategy of the organizations I worked for. Another challenge was the promotion of the governance and risk culture among the stakeholders in a world where all needs are urgent and savings are always on top of the agenda. Fostering sustainable practices is the future of procurement, and it has been a great pleasure conducting this endeavor. In the last years, I have embarked on CIPS qualification path, having completed already the levels 3,4 and 5. At the moment I am a level 6 student and the expectations are the highest possible, reach the MCIPS designation. Step by step we reach there. Recently, I have embraced a new challenge, joining the FMCG industry, specifically on the beverage segment.
