About Jermar Perry
I have close to 10 years of experience in children services having worked in school settings as well as for multiple nonprofits. Recently I have started the process of building up and founding my own nonprofit The Village PATH )Programs to Access Therapy and Healing). A few of the programs that we have started are The Village HAWC (The Village Healing & Writing Circle), which is a group that is a safe space for men of color to work on and through issues of vulnerability. The Black Mentell Village Podcast, and The Lil Black Campaign. The Lil Black Campaign was started by The Village PATH, artist Sir Eddie C and All Black Creatives with the goal of raising for black men to receive free therapy. The campaign was so successful we ended up raising close to The Village PATH along with its team of clinicians will be able to assist 30 self identified through five sessions of therapy a piece. As an organization we look to continue to grow and provide even more programming.
