I have 8 years of experience in engineering and management in the fields of fuel cell and hydrogen technologies and markets and electrical powertrains. I want to make things happen and I am ready to step in where help is needed. I am experienced working in a range of environments – start-ups, SMEs and corporates. My roles have spanned from production to engineering, management and company level decision making. I believe in Risk based leadership approach combined with appropriate assessment and safety case tools. I want to deliver quality by following the correct processes where informed decision-making takes place at appropriate stages. Safety and reliability play integral roles in the fuel cell and hydrogen industry where people often deal with high risks and safety critical systems. I believe it is crucial to include these aspects as integral parts of quality processes. I have substantial project management and product development experience. I have developed and implemented a wide range of project and product development and delivery tools, processes and management systems for management and engineering teams. I have a wide-ranging understanding of type approval and certification requirements for automotive products and for products requiring CE-marking. I have managed engineering teams to complying with these requirements.
