I'm a multidisciplinary engineer and development leader with a strong foundation in mechanical design and a passion for building software that drives operational efficiency. I began my career designing industrial overhead hoists and specializing in complex gearing systems, including reverse-engineered gearboxes and custom helical and spur gear sets. I’ve also contributed to industry standards as a member of the AGMA Enclosed Drive Committee. Today, I lead software development efforts as a Software Development Manager, where I oversee the design and implementation of full-stack web applications and automation tools tailored to meet internal business needs. My work bridges the gap between engineering and software, delivering scalable solutions that optimize workflows and empower teams. Whether it's backend infrastructure, frontend UX, or SolidWorks automation, I enjoy solving tough problems and turning ideas into practical tools that make a difference.
