About Jeroen Luning

After a career within the Royal Netherlands Marechaussee, where I held a position as operator for special assignments, I founded HRE Consultancy. I worked on various projects for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Kabul and Baghdad, among others. By acting strongly in communication, I have always been able to make the right decisions in consultation with the client and the team to minimize threats. Since 2012 I have been able to practice my knowledge and skills from Cortex. At Cortex we believe that most security risks can be prevented in a comfortable and practical way. And if an incident or crisis does occur, we believe that you can come out stronger here. That is why we at Cortex think about all security and crisis management measures. Every situation is unique and requires customization. We call this 'intelligent security'. We are available 24/7/365 to support you with these intelligent custom solutions. Our deployment can be planned, but we are also available for direct support. For example, in the event of a suddenly increased threat, extortion, kidnapping, tiger kidnap or other security incidents and crisis situations.
