About Jeroen Weenink

I seem to flourish in dynamic and social environments where the human factor is still present (profit and non-profit). When working in teams, I love to take initiative and lead the group in an enthousiastic way to common goals. One to one I like to pay attention in a mindful way and help colleagues, both technically and socially. I am always searching for structural improvement, not only for profit, but also for human values within a company. That is why I focussed the last few years in one way to Lean Six Sigma, Process Management, Project Management and Quality improvements but in another way to Stress Management, Values and Communication. My strength is to think in an abstract way and at the same time stay attached to my customers in the field. In such a way, the final product will be profitable AND appreciated by the users.
