About Jerold Green

I'm an experienced Corporate Recruiter for both Public and Private Sectors. Recruitment is my passion and I love working in the Recruiting Industry because I get to connect with people daily whether it be in person, virtually, or over the phone. My favorite part is connecting people with their dream job! My background expands over a decade of working in post-secondary education for IT schools in a Sales and Recruitment capacity. This work experience gives me a unique perspective in how to identify, attract, and be able to close the right candidate for the right job! While utilizing that Sales and Recruitment skill set, I consistently ranked within the top 3 for ground and on-line enrollments at each school I worked at. My prior work experienced included full cycle recruitment, including recruitment forecasting, contract recruiting, executive recruiting, salary negotiations, prescreening, interviewing internal and external applicants, campus recruiting, coordinating drug test and background checks. I am comfortable working on site or remote if needed.
