About Jerome Aubert

I have always worked at the intersection of science and technology and the needs of patients/customers/consumers, in close collaboration with marketing and international project teams, as well as external partners such as start-ups and universities. Let's be honest: innovation is really hard. But when you find that sweet spot, it's magical and very rewarding. One of the secrets lies in focus, execution, people and diversity. It all starts with a clear understanding of a true patient/customer/consumer need associated with an unmet or “insufficiently met” need (the words “true” and “unmet need” are very important here). I'm so grateful to have had (and still have!) the opportunity to work with top-level scientists and marketers in highly innovative companies throughout my rich career (GSK, Novartis, Roche CH, Bayer CH, Lonza). Currently, leading the Product Development and Innovation teams at Lonza CHI to deliver innovative solutions and new product designs that customers and consumers will love. 25+ years of experience in Pharmaceuticals and Consumer Health in Product Development, Technology, Digital Health, Medical Devices, Design thinking, Open Innovation and Partnerships, Entrepreneurship and lean start-up. I am passionate about Science & Innovation, people development, nature and networking with others.
