I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) based in New York City, dedicated to helping individuals navigate life's challenges with purpose, resilience, and growth. I specialize in working with adolescents, and adults navigating issues such as anxiety, depression, grief, trauma and life transitions. I have experience working with families, children and adults as a mental health counselor through multiple models, trauma lens and various settings. My approach is collaborative, culturally responsive, and rooted in evidence-based practices. I want to meet clients where they are and help equip them with the tools needed for long term growth. I am passionate about building community and expanding access to mental health care, particularly in the black community.
