About Jerome Bruhat

My first professional passion was beauty with a 30+ year career at L’Oreal. My motivation drivers have been a passion for leading teams to success, discover the world and innovating in brands and products. It drove me to France, Belgium, Germany, the United States and ultimately to Japan. With over six years as President and Representative Director at L'Oréal Japan, I have developed and executed strategies, products, new business models, and lead teams in the third largest beauty market in the world. Success for the company meant significant growth and customer satisfaction, while fostering a culture of diversity, sustainability, and digital transformation. Since June 2022, I have been the Chief Executive Officer at Robertet Group, the world leader in natural products and the only fully integrated company in the fragrance, flavor, and ingredient industry. My new passion is about creating and delivering high-quality natural solutions that meet the needs and expectations of our customers and their consumers worldwide. Working with a large scope of clients and leading our teams around the world, supported by the trust and mindfulness of the Maubert family, are a real blessing. I can leverage my expertise in management, product development, sales, and strategic planning to drive the vision, mission, and performance of the Group, in collaboration with our talented and dedicated employees, partners, and clients. I hold a Bachelor's Degree from EDHEC Business School and an Advanced Management Program certificate from INSEAD. I speak French, English, and German, and a bit of Japanese. I also learn constantly from my personal passions in playing golf, skiing around the world and motor sports. Living sensations, sharing emotions and improving performance are my motivators. Particularly with friends and family.
