With over fifteen years of experience in the sports and entertainment industry, I am a strategic business leader who brings passion, curiosity, and excellence to everything I do. I currently serve as the Director of Hockey Administration at Florida Panthers, where I oversee the day-to-day operations of the hockey department and support the general manager and the coaching staff in achieving our goals. As a former Chief of Staff and Director of Business Operations at Florida Panthers, I have proven my ability to facilitate effective communications, coordinate strategic initiatives, work with and lead cross-functional teams, and manage complex projects. I have also acquired multiple certifications from The Chief of Staff Association and Learning @ Morning Brew to enhance my skills and knowledge in leadership, management, and marketing. My mantra is to serve, share, and care for my team, my organization, and my community.
