Communications/Intelligence Analysis Professional with 20+ years of military and professional experience on Intelligence and Joint C4ISR projects. Successfully maintained managerial responsibilities and business development of multiple C4I projects contracted through Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center-Atlantic (SSC-LANT) in support of a single Marine Corps urgent need requirement initiative resulting in awards of over six programs actively supported both CONUS and OCONUS by SSC-LANT. As a member of the Special Forces Command worked on efforts to develop, test and support SOF tactical communications and emergent needs within Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC). As a Program/Task Manager, assigned to develop and deliver Marine Corps Mobile Training Team (MTT) C4I Tactical Intelligence Training of the United States Marine Expeditionary Forces (MEF) Echelon II and below and Marine Corps Special Operations Command (MARSOC). Lead engineering of C2PC and GCCS Intelligence Analysis Systems Integration into tactical communications systems. Developed and managed training on various programs to include: CONDOR, AN/MRC-142, EPLRS, MPSIDS and various military HF/VHF/UHF SATCOM radios systems, INMARSAT, BGAN, XBAND, YBAND, Antenna AoAs and Command Tactical Intercom systems. Additional experience acquired includes management of software testing of development life cycles, test case development, quality control and change management in support of the Joint Tactical Common Operational Picture (COP) workstation (JTCW) program using IBM Rational Tools Suites.
