About Jerome Conner

In one form or another, I have always been an instructor. From showing customers how to get the most out their products and services to formal instruction of colleagues on new products. Instruction has always been there. I spent 6 years as a high performing trainer (survey results: 4.76 out of 5. 0% participation). Being the lead on modifying a network course, my team took an overall complicated course of information and changed it to a useful training session on basic network troubleshooting. A change in company policy forced me to a new position. But even then, I was training. In the new position, I was immediately tasked with overseeing the new team’s training needs, along with reviewing qualifying pre-requisites. I was also assigned the creation of advance technical training. Problem solving has been another part of my career. The idea of getting into an issue, either personal or mechanical, and searching for that solution can be all consuming. It can present some challenges as I can be like a dog with a bone. But solutions can always be found. The real challenge is finding the solution that people want. But that is not all I am. I am the proud father of a precocious 10-year-old daughter and a husband of 15 years. I am a proud Trekkie going back more years then most people can guess. And new experiences are always something that I look forward to. No matter where I am and what I am doing, I want to always push forward. In solutions and life experiences.
