I have a very diverse background and life skills that has afforded me keen ability in critical thinking skills. My education is a AAS Business Marketing Degree from Salt Lake Community College. STATE LICENSED Apprentice Electrician # 6015082-5505 and LICENSED Apprentice Plumping license # 6015082-5509.My over 30 years of professional working experience has afforded me some of the following; progressive responsibility experience in providing technical leadership. Proactive, self-starter with a positive attitude. Ability to work independently and in a team environment Strong demonstrated leadership and communications skills, I have a willingness to learn while sharing current knowledge/skills, perform highly and organized with acute attention to detail.Over 14 years of customer service experience. Training staff.Some of my other work experiences include: Subcontractor, hands-on experience in framing ADU's. Design structure, frame, lay footings, plumbing repairs and general construction remodel home. I worked for a subcontractor tripping pipe out of water wells on and around Hill Air force base. Instrumental in changing building codes for ADU's for Clearfield City. Worked as license Real Estate agent for 2 years.I worked for a Crown Cabinetry shop in MRP inventory management. Maintain product supplies, warehouse assembly line, invoicing, payments, shipping and receiving products; another company I worked for (Amer Sports) I was managing orders of product from overseas, bill of lading audit, invoicing. Handle chargebacks. Working as a team to accomplish goals.I have over 25 years banking experience. The last 14 years I managed a portfolio of of over $10 million in collection servicing and management of sub prime auto loans. Collection of payments, negotiations with customers etc. Some of my experience has afforded me knowledge on how to protect a company from compliance violations in various collection processes. Participate in committees for processing, and compliant elements for CFPB. Work closely with management/compliance for verbal and written compliance in collections. I have vast experience in skip tracing skills and use of various software, negotiations in high stress situations while maintaining customer relationships.
