About Jerome Drecq

It is indeed an honour to recommend Jerome Drecq in respect of the courtesies that he seeks. I have known Jerome in a professional capacity for approximately sixteen months as a vibrant employee of the Omololu International School where he currently teaches all Elementary grade levels through to Middle School. In my role as the Primary Years Program (PYP) Coordinator, I have been working closely with Jerome. The energy, enthusiasm and commitment with which Mr. Drecq undertakes his demanding assignments, speaks to a rare devotion to duty and the unrelenting pursuit of service and excellence. Mr. Drecq is a highly motivated and well experienced educator, who has established a good rapport with his students. He works collaboratively with his colleagues; demonstrating team work and willingly volunteers to assist with task outside of his contractual agreements. He employs current educational trends coupled with his sound knowledge of technology to enhance teaching and learning in his classes. As a Specialist Language teacher, he is always looking for creative ways to incorporate the IB PYP elements into his lessons. He is a multiskilled teacher with the ability to teach Mathematics and Physical Education to any grade level and is always eager to utilize these skills for the benefit of others and the school. He initiated the upgrading of teaching and learning resources to better equip and complement our Language program. My observations of him took me to recognize his finest qualities which embodies professionalism and a strong work ethic. Mr. Drecq is known to be a person of excellent character and sound ethics.
