Operating system included Windows and Macintosh Operating Systems- Implements policies and procedures to safeguard the data network from external / internal security risk- Provide system administration and helpdesk support to users (company) to include software and hardware installation, maintenance, upgrades, troubleshooting and configuration of email and users account information- Manage the design, upgrade and maintenance of on-site and off-site backup systems and redundancy to protect our company from data loss-Communicated with different supplier to ensure all issues were quickly resolved to maintain optimal system performance- Provide and setup internet connection via Ethernet using DSL router modem- Ability to plan, organize and lead technical project/ teams in both small and large corporate areas- Formed and staffed a centralized helpdesk for coordination of support services throughout the organizations to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of support.
