Over 30 years of expertise in the telecommunications space in LD, Local, Internet, CATV and Wireless as Senior Technician, Fiber Transport Engineer, Supervisor, Manager and Director. With over 15 years of increasing responsibility in management roles, I have effectively led my teams through change while identifying process improvements and new initiatives, and resetting expectations for Operations roles and responsibilities to enhance the customer experience. Recent Director positions have expanded my expertise in prioritizing and managing simultaneous projects to completion in a complex technical and geographical environment requiring excellent communication and collaboration. • Leadership and management of Interior Network Operations, Southeast Network Operations, and Statewide Facilities Operations and Maintenance of the company’s critical infrastructure. • Operations and Maintenance of backup power systems and HVAC at company critical sites, as well as Operations and Maintenance for Interior and Southeast Alaska Central Offices, Wireless sites, and headends. • Timely and accurate filing of forms covering hazardous materials storage. • Ensure FCC compliance, verifying and reporting for backup power systems related to sites carrying 911 traffic. • Ensure all locations under a Spill, Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure plan are compliant with scheduled inspections, training and filings. • Point of contact for Network physical security and spares.
