As a seasoned leader with over 21 years of military experience and an MBA in project management, I have a proven track record of delivering successful and complex construction projects in both the public and private sectors. I am currently an Operations Officer at US Army Reserves, where I oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of multiple training and construction projects, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with regulations and standards. I also apply my skills in lean six sigma, process improvement, and attention to detail to optimize the performance and efficiency of the operations. In addition to my military role, I am a Construction Manager at Perry Construction Management, LLC, where I manage the construction of residential and commercial construction. I collaborate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality results that meet or exceed expectations. I am passionate about customer service and quality, and I strive to create lasting relationships with my clients.
