About Jeromy Carssow

My key to success is my foundational leadership principles; kindness (as a strength), trustworthiness, and curiosity. I'm the colleague at work that people want to work for to grow their careers and approach challenges with resolve and excitement. Yet no one realizes the amount of work that gets done and the areas that I will push them will be uncomfortable because we have so much fun doing it. I am a quirky and calm individual that will challenge myself and my teams to reach new heights. I have enjoyed many executive positions throughout my career in sales leadership, revenue operations, sales strategy and planning, and go-to-market enablement. My personal and professional experiences have taught me the following about myself: I can successfully scale up software businesses from $500K to $1B in revenue- I put the customer at the center of all that I do and all that I build- I excel at the execution of big ideas with given constraints- My gut instinct is good but I love to seek out the data to help inform my decisions. I can align, lead and grow world-class teams from 1 to 100 people- I love to win, but helping the team win gives me so much greater joy- I connect with my teams with narratives that motivate and encourage growth- The buck stops with me. I reduce the noise in order to keep productivity at high levels I educate, refine, and drive myself to be a better person- I am constantly learning because my curiosity will never settle- I stay calm when faced with adversity - I focus on making high-quality and informed decisions I love meeting new people and hearing new perspectives.
