As a cybersecurity professional, I am committed to helping organizations fortify their defences and mitigate risks. My goal is to leverage my diverse skill set in Linux management, AWS cloud, IAM security, Network Security, and more to design and implement robust security solutions aligned with their business objectives. With experience as a Service Desk Analyst at Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre (RVH), I've honed my ability to deliver exceptional customer service and technical support. I excel in effective incident resolution, service request management, and maintaining the security and integrity of systems and networks. My proficiency spans a wide range of computing technologies, including hardware, software, clinical systems, and infrastructure. My journey also includes roles as an Assistant Manager, Maintenance Technician, Grill Cook, and Trainee Technician, where I've developed versatility and a strong work ethic. Alongside my academic pursuits, I'm actively engaged in volunteer work, leading projects such as the African and Caribbean Student Union (ACSU) at Georgian College and representing the college at Enactus Canada's Regional and National Expos.
