Jeronimo is a seasoned leader with an impressive track record in the world of business and leadership training. He is currently a Management Consultant at JMW and a partner at Ananda, a forward-thinking venture capital fund based in Mexico City, where he advises the fund's start-up incubation efforts. Until recently, he led strategy and marketing efforts at HAAB Project, Mexico City's first integrated community of creators and innovators from across the globe.With over 25 years of experience under his belt, Jeronimo specializes in leadership development, business strategy, cultural transformation, and brand marketing strategy. His mission is to empower both organizations and individuals to broaden their horizons and push boundaries on what they believe is achievable.In 2020, Jeronimo co-founded Zeno, a California-based brand dedicated to adaptogenic daily micro-dosing for sustainable well-being. In early 2022, Jeronimo unveiled Gusto Green in the heart of downtown Los Angeles, an innovative hospitality concept that reimagined the future of food by blending botanicals, nootropics, and adaptogens in a thoughtful and exciting new way.In his previous role as Chief Marketing Officer for John Hancock's Canadian operations, Jeronimo achieved remarkable success in 2016 by launching pioneering tech-enabled insurance product Vitality, turning insurance on its head by not only protecting policyholders but also incentivizing them to lead healthier and happier lifestyles across Canada.Dedicated to personal and collective growth, Jeronimo co-founded The Open Collective (TOC) in Prince Edward County in 2018. Through retreats and online workshops, individuals enrolled with TOC explore the boundless potential of human achievement through mindful and expansive programming in connected natural environments.Recognized for his outstanding contributions, Jeronimo was awarded the Queen's Diamond Jubilee Medal in 2012 for his work with the United Nations in nation-building and community development in the Canadian Arctic.Beyond his professional endeavors, Jeronimo remains actively engaged in academia. He serves on the McGill University Faculty Advisory Board in Montreal and regularly imparts his expertise in brand management at the University of Toronto. Notably, in May 2022, he joined the faculty at the Amsterdam-based THNK School of Creative Leadership.In addition to his proficiency in English, Jeronimo is fluent in Spanish, French & Portuguese, further enriching his ability to connect and communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
