OAM (Oficina Arquitectura Managua) started in November 2012, provides Professional Architectural + Interior Design services to Managua,Nicaragua; serving clients in multiple markets. We have assembled a TEAM of talented + experienced Architects + Designers + Engineers, allowing them to collectively share knowledge while reaching their collective markets. Each team member is specialized in specific disciplines + talents, which are focused on quality design principlesfor the client. We have led this market effort, focused on excellence + service, positioning the needs of the clients first. Driven to serve our community and profession, I wish to give back my time + talents to the areas served. Having been in the architectural profession almost 18 years, my most rewarding accomplishments relate to servings others. Our quality control knowledge + experience is an asset to the design, documentation, and construction of projects. Involved with UAM University, nurturing young Architects + providing leadership with project design + development efforts, we take great pride in mentoring younger staff as to the benefits of good design + constructible documents. OAM offers Professional Quality Design Solutions for clients in the Corporate, Financial, Commercial, Hospitality, Retail, Religious,+ Residential Markets, to ensure quality and superior construction of their facilities.
