About Jeronimo Wagner

My name is Jeronimo Wagner and I am currently working as a financial analyst at Value Visor LLC, a regional Middle Market Mergers and Acquisitions advisory firm. I focus on business valuations, M&A deals, and financial statements analysis. Helping owners is about more than just calculating the value of their company. I enjoy working on a team that focuses on assisting businesses to increase their value and multiples. More importantly, exiting from a business should be aligned with the owner's goals, which is why M&A professionals need to understand their clients' endgame when structuring buy/sell transactions. I have a dual-degree in Accounting and Business Administration (concentration in Banking and Finance) from Mount Marty University. I will be joining the University of Iowa this upcoming fall (2024) to pursue a Dual Masters Degree in Finance and Business Analytics, with an expected graduation date of May, 2026.I’ve played tennis since the age of 6 years old and have been ranked top 30 in Argentina during my years as a junior. I have also played NCAA Division 1 Tennis at Jackson State University, followed by playing college soccer at Mount Marty University. In my free time I like to read books about economic theory, philosophy, and business in general. I also enjoy a wide variety of sports and outdoor activities.
