During my career, I have implemented various benefit plans, created new administrative processes, performed benefit enrollment audits and reconciliations, and completed benefit and financial reporting to meet internal, local and federal compliance requirements. I am skilled in interpreting benefits policy, compiling benefits data, performing data analysis and making recommendations of benefit plan design changes. My benefits administration experience also includes managing the administration of tax-deferred, defined contribution retirement plans.
