As a passionate and dedicated Physical Education teacher with extensive experience at Shanghai Hongwen School and the Canadian International School Kunshan, I excel in creating dynamic and inclusive programs that empower students of all abilities. With a strong foundation in special education legislation and a deep commitment to holistic student development, I craft engaging curricula that promote lifelong wellness, enhance academic success, and foster an inclusive, respectful classroom culture. My innovative teaching methods and commitment to community engagement inspire students to embrace physical activity and personal growth while prioritizing safety and well-being. Through my history in numerous organizations, I have conducted personal evaluations of clients to assess their individual needs. In addition to recreational activities, I have lead group therapy sessions for children, adolescents, and adults, including those with psychiatric and social disorders. My passion for helping others through innovative methods motivates me to continuously work towards building treatment plans for all and to further contribute to their progress and success in learning new skills.
