About Jerret Batson

Jerret Batson is certified as an Agile Leader (CAL-E, CAL-T & CAL-O), Scrum Master. Product Owner, and Project Manager. Currently he helps the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis understand the Agile mindset through coaching and mentorship. With over Fifteen years of leadership experience and a drive for continuous process improvement, Jerret is a power-house asset to the people and organizations he serves. He is often recognized for his ability to relate to colleagues and clients through his genuine, logical and direct communication style. In addition, Jerret has served as the leader of the Bank-wide innovation group. Their mission is to unleash employee potential by enabling individuals to explore new ideas, push for incremental process improvements, and adapt what the outside world is doing for the betterment of the Federal Reserve System. This group assisted in the creation of the Bank's innovative space and the Innovation Startup Week. As a believer in talent utilization and development, Jerret volunteers his time as an Agile mentor, serving the homeless, and educating individuals on personal finance. Jerret obtained his Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from Saint Louis University and has his B.S. in Marketing from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale IL where he was awarded the Lewis F. Gordon leadership award.
