I'm a lawyer who specializes in litigation, labor, and immigration practices for corporate clients. My litigation practice includes criminal, civil, administrative, and tax cases, particularly: a. Multi-million pesos worth of collection cases for clients. b. Tax refund cases involving various transactions and claims of more than c. Negotiation of a case involving a bus accident. d. Assisted a foreign company transition and transfer its employees to a newly established branch office. b. Handled business closure of a client’s entire business and also a client’s redundant department. c. Negotiated with a labor union regarding issues on benefits and wage distortion. d. Advised clients on labor and employment compliances as well as data privacy concerns. My immigration practice includes securing appropriate working visas and permits for clients, including Alien Employment Permit, Section 9(g) visa, Section 13(a) visa, PEZA visa, and other various immigration concerns of clients and their foreign employees or directors.
