About Jerrin Joseph

Over the years, I have been studying a variety of programming languages (predominantly Python) and have been frequently, cleaning, debugging, and documenting my code throughout this time. I have led several group projects during my time as an undergraduate, and post graduate, at the Auckland University of Technology (AUT),with successful outcomes. Bachelor of Computer and Information Science Graduate, majoring in Computational Intelligence, at AUT. Graduated with Masters of Analytics, also at AUT. Presently, I work as a Data Analyst and Developer at Scania New Zealand in the Digitalization Department, where I: Develop and deploy various solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, primarily Power Apps and Power Automate, with occasional use of Power BI. Build machine learning-based forecasting models and perform exploratory data analysis using Python Packages, including Scikit-learn, Seaborn & DVC. Create Excel-based automations with Office Scripts, and conduct in-depth analysis using Pivot Tables, Power Query, and Pivot Charts to provide actionable insights for executive decision-making. Lead initiatives to explore and integrate digital tools such as Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT across business functions. Conduct training sessions and demonstrations on digital tools and services, including Copilot, Excel, and SharePoint/Microsoft Lists, to drive digital adoption within the organization.
