I am a retired Army officer with sixteen plus years of leadership experience, leading teams of officers and men in engineering support operations across diverse domains. I have extensive experience in managing Operations, Projects and People in the most difficult, challenging and operationally active environments. From heading independent repair workshops to leading a detachment as part of UN stabilization force to teaching in a Military Engineering College to leading project development teams, my career exposure has been rich and varied. All these roles required a combination of leadership abilities, technical management skills and specialised engineering knowledge. These skills combined with the discipline and ethos acquired during my career gives me the ability to adapt well and perform in dynamic and demanding environments. Passion for project development in the embedded space led to my active involvement in conceptualizing and developing several innovative solutions having great potential for increasing effectiveness of soldiers in the field. After serving more than 20 years in the Indian Army, I underwent the Post Graduate Programme in Management at the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad and specialised in Operations Management. I am presently working at ACT Fibernet in Bangalore in Service Delivery.
