BIOGRAPHY Jerry Behne Jerry Behne is a Consultant specializing in Executive Coaching and Leadership Development. Prior to establishing his consulting practice he was Vice-President of Human Resources for U.S. Precision Lens, a subsidiary of Corning, Inc. His professional career spans more than 25 years and encompasses a wide range of successful experiences that include: Executive and Professional Staffing; Organizational Development; Transition Management; Team Building; Conflict Resolution; Human Asset Review; Human Resources Strategy Development; Coaching; Individual Development Plans, etc. Jerry has received recognition for his work in building teams, developing people, creating a climate that values diversity in the workplace, promoting a healthy work/life balance and for his leadership skill. In 1996, he received the People Development Award from Corning, Inc. and was recognized by the Corning Society of Black Professionals for creating a climate where all individuals have the opportunity to continually develop their capabilities. He received a BA Degree from Thomas More College, a Masters Degree in Education from Xavier University and a Masters Degree in Labor and Employee Relations from the University of Cincinnati. He is MBTI certified, a DiSC practitioner and is experienced using the instruments for individual and team development. Jerry’s depth of experience, education, commitment to lifelong learning, knowledge of leadership attributes, and his ability to empower and enable others are conducive to establishing mutually beneficial relationships with his clients.
