My success in sales, training and people management is rooted in my core belief that helping people grow their business is a winning strategy. As Vice President of Sales and Distribution with Precision Organics, I am facilitating the nationwide launch of a significant new Technology. C20 Soil Builder was developed from two decades of research by Dr John Lloyd, Ph.D, Ohio State, and assistance from David Fritz, President of Precision Organics. The C20 Product has the potential to change the paradigm in the turf industry by offering microbial aeration as a clean and convenient alternative to the mechanical aeration process. There are numerous other opportunities for the use of C20 to improve, restore and maintain the health of valued trees and ornamentals. I was blessed to spend 20+ years as a contributor to the growth and development of the LESCO organization, an outstanding sales, distribution and manufacturing company, that became the recognized national industry leader. Post LESCO, I worked with, trained and consulted with an incredible group of turf managers and tree care professionals from coast to coast. Many of the folks I have worked with over the years now hold prominent positions in today's complex industry.
