He has consistently achieved profitable results and has expertise in the areas of Leadership Coaching; Real Estate Development, Construction Brownfield Remediation, Adaptive Re-use and Energy Solutions; Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions; Project/Corporate Finance; Alternative Energy development/ production/delivery; Information Services; and Human Resource Solutions. Recognized for his business acumen, Jerry has raised over $100 Million in Corporate and Project financing as well as participated in over $1 billion in Initial Public Offerings. At the age of 28, Jerry became CEO of a $40 million Energy company, and his leadership ability resulted in turning a company from a $1 million loss to $3.2 million net profit within 4 years. He maximized levels of productivity by increasing efficiency by 38% through the implementation of employee incentives. Innovation and creativity led to new operational procedures, controls and detailed reporting required to keep projects on track, on time and within budget. Jerry holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering and a Minor in Marketing from the University of Illinois-Champaign. He has completed Masters-level courses at Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh, Scotland and is a Certified Leadership Coach. He also holds an Indiana Real Estate Brokers license.
