About Jerry Crouse

Jerry is passionate about customer centricity and human centered design with the ability to craft a holistic and dynamic organizational strategy. His professional experience in this area includes 4 years at PwC Consulting Solutions' Customer Transformation team as an industry generalist working across healthcare and telecommunications to retail and restaurants. A resilient individual and avid collaborator, Jerry values empathy, teamwork, and relationship building to drive profound change across organizations. Jerry is an alumnus of the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, graduating in 2024 with a Master's Degree in Business Administration; is an alumnus of the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, graduating in 2019 with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. Jerry also identifies as a member of the lgbtq+ community and as first generation. He has previously served in DEI leadership roles, including as the Pride month chair for the PwC Chicago office and as the PwC staff lead for diversity recruiting at the University of Michigan. Jerry’s social mission is to champion socially conscious business throughout society, which began with being the principal founder of professional business fraternity Phi Beta Lambda while at the University of Michigan. This will be continually achieved by mentoring professionals & students, who come from less privileged backgrounds, navigate their college choice and professional career decision making. Jerry also seeks to sponsor diverse talent to improve career progression and representation at the highest level in firms. In Jerry’s free time, he enjoys travel and maximizing loyalty programs, discovering vintage fashion, hiking at national parks, playing board games and local Stonewall Kickball.
