About Jerry Deaver

I bring a wealth of experience from my service with the Department of Defense (DoD), having served as a Soldier, Contractor, and currently as a Federal Civilian Employee. Throughout my career, I’ve demonstrated a strong commitment to mission success, functioning as a multitasker, loyal team member, and effective leader. I’ve had the privilege of developing and mentoring high-performing teams, guiding them through diverse and challenging objectives with resilience and precision. My supervisory roles have sharpened my analytical thinking, communication, and critical decision-making skills—essential qualities in dynamic operational environments. My expertise spans a broad spectrum of IT Service Management (ITSM), including Project and Program Management, Service Strategy, Support Agreements, Procurement, Service Transition, and Continual Service Improvement (CSI). Beyond ITSM, I’ve also held other key roles such as Facilities Manager, Events and Tour Coordinator, Student Services Director, Property Book Officer (PBO), and Executive Administrative Assistant to a U.S. Army General Officer. These experiences have equipped me with a unique blend of experience and capabilities, allowing me to contribute strategically across multiple domains.
